It was only this week I was telling a good friend of mine that she needs to have grace for herself. We often believe being hard on ourselves is the answer to all of our problems but it’s the furthest thing from the truth. Burn out is real and we have to be intentional about valuing ourselves or things we value won’t have us for long.
